Meet Lonettee Pitter-Purcell, a Guest Relations Manager who has been with Marriott Vacations Worldwide for over half a decade. Inspired by the success stories of leaders who have grown within the company, she looks forward to opportunities for professional development and growth. When it comes to the partnership with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, her inspiration doesn’t stop.  

“I consider all fundraising events extra special and impactful,” Lonettee shares. “Whether it is a 5K Run/Walk, Garage Sale, Casual Friday, Tournament … the same efforts are applied and all with successful results.” Knowing that donations support programs that provide therapies, life-saving treatments, and healthcare services to help children is important to her.  

“I am passionate about the spirit to serve our community and enjoy being the CMN Hospitals chairperson for our resort, because it allows me to contribute to our company’s caring culture. This is very gratifying to give back to those in need.” 

Over the past 40+ years, Marriott associates have helped to raise over $150M for hospitals across the country through many grassroots fundraising efforts that engage each of their properties in unique ways. Marriott associates go above and beyond their 9-5 roles to leave an impact on their community.
